-  TENTS: 

 

All our tents have double or twin or Triple  beds, view on the great dune of Erg-Chebbi and hasseparate space for your clothes with available Wi Fi. The bathroom is decorated with colorful mosaics and has a sink, toilet and a shower of cours.

 Our tents decorated 100% in Moroccan-Andalusian  style, floor with Zellige tiles and equipped with sheets, blankets, pillows, towels ... Each tent has a private bathroom with a hot shower.

We also provide a large restaurant tent serving breakfast and dinner / lunch, a kitchen,  and outdoor eating and relaxation areas.

   All  prices showing are per Tent / per night and includes  Dinner + breakfast and welcome drink at your arrival.

- HOW TO GET  TO SAHARA DREAM CAMP:

 

     We offer the shuttle service from the village of Merzouga to  Sahara Dream Camp   FOR FREE !

 - Usually who traveling with public transport, can also arrive with the bus that connects Merzouga with Fes or Merzouga with Marrakech, the transport company  it calls  Supratour  or CTM  company, arrival times in Merzouga is at 08:00, then we can pick up you from  Bus station of Merzouga.

​

- With your car off-road  ( Jeep 4x4) you can reach Sahara Dream camp using GPS points, but with a normal car it is a bit difficult to reach the camp! therefore your car will be parked in safe Park in hotel at Merzouga village, before we pick up you to the Sahara Dream Camp.

 

- To reach the Camp on camel trek, the starting point of the excursion is the lake of Yasmina, nord Dune Of Erg-Chebbi, on fron of  the village of Tighmert. From here our camel excursion always make departure  at 17:30 -  Time : 45 min - Price  € 15 / PERSON.  ( one dromedary / per person )

 - To make your arrival more comfortable we can organize an airport pick-up for you with our private transfer directly to our Camp From Errachidia - From Fés - From Marrakech - From Ourazazte. For this service you will have to provide us with your flight details as soon as you confirm your booking. look at our prices for the transfer

- RESERVATION: 

 

How to confirm my reservation :

​

      - Confirm your stay in Sahara Dream Camp :

​

- To confirm your reservation, we always need a deposit of  50%  of the total amount. The balance will be paid in cash on the day of your arrival, in euro / dollar or local currency DHM.  Pleas follow the instruction in our booking system to book you tent in Sahara Dream Camp.

​

-  After receiving the required advance (50%), you will receive an email confirmation of the saty, including the receipt of the payment made and the complete package of your stay at  Sahara Dream Camp. 

​

 - We always ask to book your stay in the Sahara Dream Camp at least one day before your arrival.

​

 - We accept online payments on our Plat-form Sahara Dream Camp or by bank transfer  or cash (must be paid in Euro / Dollar  or local DHM currency).

 

- We also accept payment of the deposit through the PayPal service.  25% 

​

- The balance is paid in cash by the day of arrival at the latest as a period or online on the Plat - Form of Sahara Dream Camp, 10 working days before your arrival at the camp.

CANCELLATION:

Change or cancel the date of your stay in Sahara Dream Camp:

- To cancel your reservation, please inform us as soon as possible, by calling +212 66 717 88 03 or by sending an e-mail to saharadreamtent@gmail.com. The amount paid will be credited immediately to your credit card. Contact our customer service by e-mail or telephone +212 667 178 803 / saharadreamtent@gmail.com

- To change a reservation, you can send an e-mail through the Contact Us section, you must indicate a contact e-mail, the reservation code and the subject of the change. You can also send a message via the section of  "My Reservations" .

 CANCELLATION PENALTIES:

 - To more than 30 days from the date of stay: 20% of the total cost of the stay.
 - Between 30 and 15 days from the date of stay: 50% of the total cost of the stay.
 - Between 10 and 08 days from the date of stay: 75% of the total cost of the stay.
 - Less than 01 days from the date of stay: 100% of the total cost of the stay.
